WHAT IS AN IFLAUNT PARTY?

A unique way to celebrate ladies' night by inviting your closest girlfriends to your home or desired location while each of you experience a one-on-one mini session with photographer, Terri R. Ruffin.

HOW MANY LADIES DO I NEED IN ATTENDANCE TO BOOK A PARTY?

The requirement is 10 ladies to photograph to get your $75 deposit back, however parties have been as small as 7 ladies and as large as 40 ladies in attendance. If you are a business owner, your crowd could be bigger based on friends and family plus clients. A birthday celebration could be smaller in attendees because you typically would celebrate with a more intimate crowd. 

WHERE CAN I HAVE AN IFLAUNT EVENT AND HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED?

Many hostesses have used their homes, booked double suites at a hotel, used banquet or conference rooms, or small event spaces. We've even been set up on beaches! With a home setting, a small bedroom, office area, or any spare room will work. The mobile studio is 10x10 but can be adjusted when space is limited. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK OR ATTEND?

A hostess fee is $75.00 to book, which is also refundable the same day of the event if she has 10 ladies' photograph. To attend an iFlaunt event you can expect to pay between $50 - $120 depending on the package option selected. Make-up application is not included in the session prices but is also discounted for this event and does not exceed $65. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

Nothing! You don't even have to buy anything because your photographer is just that creative. You could bring an old t-shirt and she'll tie it up or pose you in a way that will simply amaze you! Your mini session is directed 100% by your photographer. If you do not have a vision, posing ideas, or a clue of what to do - DO NOT WORRY! Just bring your outfit choices, photo inspirations OR simply just show up, your photographer will take care of everything and that's a promise!!!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR SIGNIFICANT TO PARTICIPATE IN MY SESSION?

Here's the fun part about this event, it is ladies only! You can now get away and get sexy with your girlfriends without any outside distractions. So unfortunately, iFlaunt is not the place for children, pets, or your significant other. However, you can book a private session to schedule any other type of session offered by Ruffin Vision Photography! If you have a teenage daughter over 17, she can absolutely participate with your permission and signature on her consent form. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits submitted by the hostess and attendees are non-refundable. A hostess has up to 2 months to reschedule an event in which all deposits paid will be honored. If rescheduling exceeds beyond 2 months, all deposits are forfeited, and new submissions will have to be made to book a new date. 

HOW LONG DOES AN IFLAUNT EVENT LAST?

An event should be scheduled for 5 hours. Time varies depending on many factors such as arrivals of ladies (it is best they all have a set time to arrive), make-up artists and their speed, package options of the ladies, which some can have multiple outfits.  However, when we all work together and communicate an iFlaunt event can definitely stay on schedule. 

WHAT IF I LOVE ALL MY PHOTOS? 

If you love all your images just simply email the photographer and request a package upgrade. You'll then receive the Ultimate Package plus ownership of your images for posting and printing once you pay the difference. 

HOW DO I BOOK A MAKE-UP ARTIST FOR THIS EVENT?

You can use any MUA of your choice, but they must follow iFlaunt's prices and procedures. Make-up prices should be discounted because the application process is simpler and faster than a normal application. The application is intended to smooth the skin and enhance the client to make their photos more polished.  Technically full glam is not needed unless that is the desire of the group, prices are expected to be higher in that case.

Make-up artists are to start applications 1 hour prior to the event time, be professionally dressed, and extremely customer service oriented. Please request the document for make-up artist from your photographer.

DO YOU BOOK THE MAKE-UP ARTIST OR THE HOSTESS?

The hostess should be booking their make-up artist for their event although, Terri is here to help. Face by Jade is the official photographer for iFlaunt. Please request her information or go to the iFlaunt Team page and give her a call!

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Wherever you live is where we travel! BUT there is a fee attached to the deposit price, etc. Please request the Out of State Hostess agreement, if outside of Virginia.
